As-salaamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh,
May this reminder reach you in a state of purification and praise of Allah.
"O believers, fasting is decreed for you as it was decreed for those before you that you may become conscious of God." Qur'an, 2:183
Al-hamdulillaah, the blessed and most beautiful month of Ramadan is here again ; the month of fasting, Qur'aan recitals, night prayers, the Night of Decree and I’tikaaf (religious seclusion). Indeed, Ramadaan is the most anxiously awaited month of the year. Every year when this month comes around, we pray, hope and strive to increase our faith, good deeds and purification.
This year, let us strive to follow more closely the divinely guided footsteps of our beloved Prophet (salallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) as we have committed ourselves to do in our declaration of faith (shahaadah). Remember that in this month, Prophet Muhammad (salallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) was more generous and kind than usual, and he (salallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) engaged in more acts of worship such as charity, formal prayers (salaat) in the night and remembrance of Allah, than he did outside of Ramadaan. Do not forget his practical sunnahs of fasting, such as light meal before the dawn and a light meal consisting of three dates to break the fast (iftaar), avoidance or anger and argumentation, and reading the Qur’aan with understanding regularly, in order to experience the true spirit of the fast.
Dear brothers and sisters, the month of Ramadaan should not be a month of feasting but instead a month of fasting. Let us remember this while sitting for suhoor (the dawn meal) and at the time of iftaar (breaking the fast). Although it is important to take care of our health during these days of fasting, we must focus on the sublime principle of moderation, which Islam commands inside and outside of the fast. For, excesses of overeating, staying up all night in play, and over sleeping are contrary to the teachings of Islam. Brothers, let your wives spend more time in worship rather than tying them to the stoves in your kitchens all day. Parents, engage in worship with your children and families and make this a month of increased mercy and love among you.
May your Ramadaan be blessed (Ramadaan Mubaarak) and May Allah accept our good deeds as sincerely done for Him,AMEEN.
This blog wants to strengthen our iman and become a center of gaining knowledge and information for Muslims.

INNALILAH!!!
Near the coast of Japan there has been an earthquake as u all know! Experts say that this will lead to a formation of new island. If u remember that the prophet; Muhammad (sall Allahu alaihi wasallam) had once quoted that DAJJAL (Antichrist) is imprisoned on an island towards the west. Japan is the first land to receive sunlight and to see the dawn in the world. Before the coming of Imam Mehdi (A.S) it was quoted that the year before his arrival will face solar n lunar eclipse which has already occurred twice last year! There are more signs which can be seen around! Is the judgment day closer ? Offering Salaah is one of the most necessary work in all our lives while straining away from all the wrong path! This is a wakeup call for all the Muslims! Let's unite and face the signs together and be happy to get rid of this slavery life of ours!! Forward this message if u think this is relevant! The choice is urz!! Our prophet (Sall Allahu alaihi wasallam) told us that there would be 3 major earthquakes before judgment day. One in the east , one in the west, and one in Arabia. There has already been one in Japan;(East)and one in Haiti;(West). Its so very scary. What have we done to deserve a place in Jannah?-we watch TV, swear, talk back & give attitude to elders, we watch things that we are not supposed to watch, some don't even dress modestly. We listen to music & spend time learning the lyrics, but why not learn the Quran? It's probably because we don't have enough Imaan (faith) in us. We need to get rid of bad habits and get onto the good ones. Send this to as many Muslim brothers and sisters. If people act upon this, then In Sha Allah, you will get rewards.... 93% will not pass this on, will you be one of them? Allah says:’ If you deny me in front of your friends, then I will deny you on the day of judgment'.
